What is the Unlimited Wash Club?

Our Unlimited Car Wash Club is a membership service that pays for itself in just over 2 washes per month! It gives members the opportunity to wash their car or truck once daily for an entire month! An incredible value and great way to protect your investment in your vehicle.

How often may I wash my vehicle in a month?

You can wash your vehicle once every day that our facilities are open.

How much does it cost to join?

Are there long term contracts when I join?

Absolutely not! You can cancel any time. There are no long term contracts or cancellation fees.

Does the Unlimited Wash Club charge my credit or debit card on a monthly basis?

Yes. Your credit card will be billed monthly on the anniversary of your membership to ensure there is no lapse of service.

Do each of the vehicles I own need its own membership?

Yes. Each vehicle enrolled in our unlimited car wash club receives a unique bar code.

What if I sell my car?

If you would like to transfer your Unlimited Car Wash Club plan to another vehicle, please notify the car wash manager(s) upon entering the wash and they will supply you with a new window sticker and deactivate the old one. Please record the original window tag number before selling/trading in the car to expedite the process.

How do I cancel my Unlimited Wash Club Membership?

Cancellations must be done in person and within three days of renewal date. Please notify the car wash manager(s) and they will scan the barcode and cancel the membership. No refunds/partial refunds will be given for unused months/time. Westampton Car Wash and Quick Lube has the right to cancel any Unlimited Wash Club membership, at any time. Any person with a cancelled membership can wash their vehicle until the renewal date expires. Cancelled memberships cannot be transferred to another vehicle.

Membership

Members will receive a tag to identify their vehile that MUST be placed on the lower drivers side corner of the windshield.
Only one car per tag, no exceptions
Credit card will be billed every month on the same day (purchase date) until specifically cancelled by you.
Cancellations are done in person and must be done before billing date.
Your membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle. Members must notify Westampton Car Wash & Quick Lube of any changes in vehicle ownership and/or changes or cancellations of credit card information.
No reunds will be given for cancellations made on or after billing date.
This program cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons or discounts.
No refunds or credits will be issued for partial periods including days the wash is closed due to inclement weather or for maintenance.

Vehicle

You membership is vehicle specific by barcode
Any tampering with the barcode could result in cancellation of the program.
Please notify us with any issues with the barcode or changes in vehicle usage/condition/ownership.
Westampton Car Wash & Quick lube reserves the right to refuse service on any car with excessive dirt or issues that could damage our equipment or other cars.

Upgrade

Members may upgrade to a higher wash and pay the difference at the time of each wash.
The difference will be the full price of the extra services, not the discounted Unlimited Wash Pass rates.

Conditions

By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Pass, the member waives any and all rights to withold or delay payment of the related credit card charges.

*** Westampton Car Wash and Quick Lube reserves the right to raise the Unlimited Monthly Pass prices without directly informing the customer. New prices will be posted online and instore for 3 months before any transition. Any issues with the increase in prices should be brought to the attention of Westampton Car Wash management, so a viable and equitable solution can be achieved. Cancellations and possible refunds are at the sole discretion of Westampton Car Wash management.
